I began my journey with Mala as a summer Saturday morning beach Yogi, Yoga and coffee with friends became the perfect Saturday morning. This has evolved into a more regular yoga practice and a growing interest in Ayurveda. Jacci, Nic, and all the staff have been wonderful and nurturing through this journey. I now enjoy the sound healing and workshops when I am able and consider Mala Yoga an essential component of my wellness.

Mala has a welcoming atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, friendly instructors and members, so it was easy for me being new to yoga to feel immediately comfortable. A session at this studio takes you on two journeys—one for the body and one for the mind.
