I love every class I attend with Ashley! I’ve only recently added Pilates into my routine but it’s quickly become a staple. I felt welcome from my very first class. It’s perfect for beginners and there are always plenty of modifications offered if we need them. I always leave class feeling great. Would recommend this studio to anyone looking to try Pilates. I have been going to Lighten Up Yoga consistently for about six months, joining Chloe and Ashley’s classes. I started with chronic sciatic pain and can very happily say it is only occasionally that I feel any discomfort now. The classes have helped to strengthen around my hip and lower back. I wasn’t good at doing the exercises given to me by my physio therapist and was so thrilled to found these classes which guide me through similar workouts with a group. The classes are always varied, which keep the time of interesting. Thank you, Chloe and Ashley always leading such fantastic classes!!
