I attended a series of eight pregnancy yoga group sessions (maximum five people) with Tiziana, a gentle and knowledgeable guide who creates an inviting and relaxed environment. The practice room has everything you need for the practice, so it's suitable even for beginners: mats, supports, blankets, and blocks. Each class is unique and truly rewarding, as you learn targeted exercises for posture and labor. Thanks to these, I experienced no pain during the last weeks of pregnancy and was able to manage the birth with the breathing and relaxation techniques provided in each class. Plus, the exercises are always available so you can practice alone at home. I highly recommend this course, perhaps taking it in the second trimester of pregnancy to prepare for birth in the best possible way, both physically and mentally. Thank you, Tiziana!
