I’ve been attending classes run by Emma at Inspired Pilates Collective since July 2022, and I really enjoy them. I originally started Pilates to improve my flexibility, strength, and mobility as a ballroom dancer — and attending twice a week has made a real difference in my dancing. What I enjoy most is the friendly, positive environment. Each class is welcoming and can be tailored to suit individual needs, with exercises that can easily be modified. My favourites are the studio sessions, reformer classes, and stretch & release, and I’m excited to try the Reformer/Barre class soon too! Emma has built such a supportive, friendly and encouraging community of people. If you're thinking about trying Pilates, I can’t recommend Inspired Pilates Collective enough. 😊

It’s been over a year since I started attending one on one sessions with Emma to help me with my flexibility, strength and mobility as a ballroom dancer. Since those first couple of one on one sessions, I then got up the courage to attend the group classes and I haven’t looked back. I love how all the classes are suited to every individual and that exercises can be modified as well. The studio sessions, reformer classes and stretch and release sessions are my favourites and I can’t wait to attend some more Barre classes as well. I love going to Emma’s classes as I know I’m going to be challenged and feel great afterwards. Emma has a great timetable of a variety of classes for all skill levels. I’ve enjoyed building my strength and homing particular exercises with Emma’s personalised guidance. With only small classes I always feel comfortable and like the attention this allows Emma to provide. Her studio is also gorgeous and spacious!

I've been coming to this Pilates studio for a while now and absolutely love it! Emma always checks in at the start of class to see how I'm feeling and if I have any issues that day, and she does a great job at adjusting the exercises to work around any pain or discomfort. The instructions are well explained, which really helps with doing the movements correctly and targeting the right muscles. I feel like I’m learning how to connect to my body and move my body more intentionally and not just going through the motions. There’s a great mix of classes, including ones specifically for beginners. Also wanting to point out the Stretch and Release class which includes some great breath work and helps relaxing after work or start the day in a good mood. Another big plus is the small class size — no more than 5 people — which creates a really comfortable and friendly atmosphere, and allows for more personal attention. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive, effective and fun Pilates experience!
