I’ve been training at Flow and Flex with Ali and Polina, and the experience has been fantastic. They are both incredibly caring and really take the time to customise each session to suit me and my partner’s individual goals and fitness levels. I can’t say enough good things about Ali and his approach to fitness. I’m 45 and hadn’t worked out in over 15 years. Absolutely brilliant. As a 60 something year old I thought my days of being fitter and stronger were gone. I work in a radio studio and office, a textbook sedentary job, so any physical work around home led to days of twinges and pain. My partner convinced me to give it a go and two sessions at Flow and Flex and I woke up to myself! I really look forward to my 3 sessions a week. Their people are so knowledgeable and supportive. They only have small groups for Pilates or yoga and I do personal strength training which has helped me drop kilos, be more flexible and just feel well and happy. No massive weights and strains, just smart training from experts. I cannot rate Flow and Flex highly enough, quality all the way.

I am so happy to have found Flow and Flex. It is exactly what I was looking for in a fitness studio. Zoe is an amazing Pilates instructor, she brings such a great energy and she makes the hard work really fun. Ali has been a brilliant coach in helping me in gaining strength and fitness and I can’t wait to see how strong I can become! Polina’s yoga and Pilates classes are fantastic, I always leave feeling very energised and capable. All three coaches (and their clients) have created a very supportive and encouraging environment and I love being part of the community. I would recommend the studio to anyone looking for somewhere to achieve their goals or like me just be able to move your body more.
