For me, it's home! I've never been consistent in my sport, but for three years now, I haven't been able to give up my lessons. The center is very welcoming, and the teachers are all very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The discipline then gets you back on track physically. I highly recommend giving it a try.
One of the best choices I've ever made, a small studio with a big soul... the teachers are professionals, Denise and Cristiana know how to manage the center and coordinate all the lessons perfectly. I've been coming to this Pilates Reformer center since October, and I'm absolutely thrilled! Even though the studio is small, I find all the teachers—Denise, Marianna, and Aurora, as well as the newcomer Veronica—to be excellent, each with their own style, and I'm sure you'll find the method that works best for you! Cristiana at the front desk will also be able to help you manage and resolve any issues. The reformer is changing my life, my body, and the courage to open up in the suburbs deserves a real treat! I recommend everyone to try it.
