GoogleI cannot recommend Claudia at Create Movement Pilates more highly. Her professionalism and care is over and above. My experience with Claudia has been since 2017 at a weekly class, and then for last two years I have been able to attend twice weekly. Her Pilates and human body knowledge is exceptional and she shares and involves students with her latest studies and training. I attend sessions with a senior group and Claudia is concerned , careful and understanding with anyone undergoing rehab from injuries and operations. On a personal level Claudia is kind and compassionate, fun and friendly. I am so fortunate to be under guidance.
I have been attending weekly Pilates classes with Claudia for almost 10 years and feel great at age 73. Claudia even conducted on-line classes during the Covid lockdown, providing a sense of community and ensuring that we remained fit. Claudia's knowledge of the human body, muscular and joint activity, together with her personal approach ensure that each member of the class can extend themselves without damage. Her sense of humour is infectious and her ability to provide variety at each class whilst building on our skills, using simple, accessible equipment, ensures that we can follow up between classes. Our classes consist of mature, professional ladies who have become firm friends over the years and we all look forward to our pre-class chats, our fun-filled sessions and follow-up coffees. I could not recommend Create Movement Pilates highly enough and thank Claudia for her dedication and expertise.
I've been attending pilates classes with Claudia for a few years now. I love how the sessions are structured with gentle warm-ups and really target core strength and flexibility. Claudia's knowledge and loveliness keeps me coming back and looking forward to class every week, and i really appreciate how flexible the class packs are for the times I can't make the class. Claudia's classes are a fantastic option for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility and mental well-being.

I have been enjoying Claudia’s Pilates and Crystal healing sessions for the last 5 months and I cant recommend both treatments highly enough. Claudia was extremely thorough with the Pilates treatment and exercises and follow ups on my progress. Claudia can quickly spot areas that need attention during our Pilates session and she has become an very important part of my health and wellbeing program. Our crystal sessions are most divine as well. A great combination of movement and relaxation. Her healing sessions are beyond anything I expected. I always leave her beautiful and nurturing space with a feeling of peace and calm within me, a place where I can let go, release and reflect. Claudia has a beautiful energy, is warm, kind and makes you always feel comfortable. She is the most carrying and dedicated healer I met. I could not recommend her enough, she is the best and I can’t wait to continue my healing sessions with her. Edit: I also joined Claudia’s Saturday morning outdoor Pilates & Myofascial slings sessions which are divine. The perfect start into day.
