Our vacation at Charisma actually began about a month before our arrival. From the moment we made the booking, the manager in charge of the online chat reached out with every detail we could possibly need—quotes, reservations, and helpful suggestions—to make sure our stay would be flawless. From that moment, we felt cared for and supported, and that feeling continued seamlessly all the way from our arrival at the airport. They were truly wonderful with our children, pampering them with attention and going out of their way to make sure they were happy and comfortable throughout the entire stay. As parents, this meant the world to us. The property itself is an oasis of peace—welcoming, quiet, and perfectly distanced from the chaos of the city center. Each time we returned to the hotel, it felt like stepping into a sanctuary where you could instantly relax. The rooms are beautifully designed, stylish yet warm, and we especially loved enjoying the serene evenings on our private veranda. On the day of departure, our flight was scheduled very late in the evening. The staff, once again, went above and beyond: they kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out, made sure we had every comfort during the wait, and even arranged to personally accompany us at the right time for our departure. It was this kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that made the difference. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. A very special thanks goes to the manager who coordinated everything so perfectly. You are truly exceptional, and you turned our holiday into an unforgettable experience.

We had Charisma booked for a few months and felt taken care of from the very beginning - this was my first time in Mykonos and I already felt very prepared before my arrival thanks to them. The whole team were super lovely and attentive, the hotel is even better than the photos and the service is excellent. We absolutely loved our stay at Charisma! The staff is so overly kind, it’s obvious they know what customer service is and enjoy their position with the hotel! They were always very kind and courteous. They are very responsive to any and all questions through WhatsApp even months prior to our stay. Another amazing bit I was not expecting was the complimentary transfer to and from during arrival and departure. Anything you need, they can help facilitate. This is for sure a 5* hotel. I think they are rated a 4* only because there is no one at the from desk after midnight until early morning. But you’re so well taken care of, there’s no need for an overnight reception. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again!!

We stayed here as a couple and everything was simply perfect. The service was outstanding – the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The breakfast was delicious, served menu with fresh, high-quality dishes. The rest of the food the all day menu and drinks were just as impressive. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had stunning views – perfect for a romantic getaway. The pool area is peaceful and relaxing, and the location is quiet but close to everything. Truly a 5-star experience in every way. We can’t wait to come back! 💙🇬🇷
