GoogleGreat experience at Capital Wellness Massage and Day Spa. The place was calm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional. The massage was the best I have had. They listened to what I needed and focused on the areas where I was feeling tight. I walked out feeling relaxed and refreshed like a completely new person. Definitely recommend this place if you need to unwind. I’ll 100% be coming back.
I came and saw Nucy today for pain on my upper-middle back and neck, from an MVA that I had a few years ago. Especially my right side is very tender (according to Nucy, like concrete). She was absolutely amazing at concertrating on the tender spots and release some of the tightness. She also used cupping to massage, which felt great as it was low intensity. Both my neck and my back feel so much better. I'll be coming back for more sessions as I'll need ongoing remedial massage. But I can't recommend her enough. She is obviously great at what she does, and she is very good at tailoring the session to suit an individual's needs. On the plus side, her place being a Medibank Choice wellness centre, all I had to do was tap my virtual card to get my rebate.
I have been visiting Capital Welness Masage and Day Spa this year and I must give them a five star rating. Nucy is experienced and knowledgeable and I feel much better and relaxed after each visit. Well done and keep up the great work!
Outstanding massage & spa centre! Relaxing views of the water and trees from the reception, very easy to book online system with an extensive menu, staff who are so professional and also caring, and a massage centre which is flexible about booking appointments and meeting needs - we booked a couples spa & remedial massage and it was excellent! Injuries and soreness from tennis and long hours at work expertly handled in a beautiful, relaxing environment for very good prices with top quality service. They discount for health funds, make you feel like family, & make it all so easy. They go above and beyond - Nucy and team are the best! We’re customers for life 🙂
Always an exceptional experience at Capital Wellness! The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is wonderfully calming. Soothing music, gentle lighting, and warm oils make the whole experience deeply relaxing. Truly one of the best places to rejuvenate both mind and body in all of Canberra!
