Brickell Yoga has become a whole mood, since the new owner, Andrea, took over. The second you walk in, you feel it—warm, welcoming, high-energy, and instantly comfortable. It’s the kind of place where the stress drops and the good energy takes over. The classes are fire, the teachers are amazing, and every session feels fresh and inspiring. Whether you’re there to sweat, stretch, or just exist on your mat, the vibe is always on point. Brickell Yoga isn’t just a studio anymore—it’s a feel-good experience. If you haven’t been, you’re seriously missing out.

Brickell Yoga has been my go to studio for nearly a year. They have a variety of high quality well-designed classes, excellent teachers who bring genuine enthusiasm to the practice, and ease of access (close to Brickell City Center and has parking on-site). I highly recommend Andrea’s Slow Flow + Sound Bath class (very popular). It’s an hour of warm flow focused on holding stretches deeper than a normal vinyasa flow followed by a 15 minute Sound Bath to close out the class. You’ll feel like you’re floating and sleep like a baby afterwards 😊. I’m also a regular at Juliana’s Hot Pilates Sculpt class and Alana’s Candlelight Yin class. Both are VERY effective and have great vibes! As a long time practitioner of both yoga (certified instructor) and Pilates, I can honestly say this is easily the best studio around Brickell 🙌

I have attended the Sunday morning yoga classes and absolutely love them! Andrea, the instructor—who’s also the studio owner—is warm and welcoming, which makes a huge difference for me as a newcomer to yoga. She guides the classes beautifully and creates such a comfortable, positive atmosphere. I’m really glad I found this studio, and I can definitely see myself becoming a regular. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to this studio since May 2024 and I honestly love it. There was another owner originally and things were very routine, there were the same instructors and the same classes for the most part, and that was really nice because it felt like a family. Once the old owner sold to the new one, Andrea, the studio has taken on a new life. There are all sorts of classes now from power to yin, pilates, Vinyasa and even meditations and sound healing. There is still a sort of routine but it feels much more energetic and adventurous. There are plenty of instructors for all styles and flows and they are all awesome; they really make you feel welcome and at home. The family has grown, so to speak, and after every class I feel so glad to have attended and been able to continue on my yoga journey. TL;DR: This studio is truly the best, there are plenty of different practices and the instructors all make you feel very at home! PS: the price is the best I've seen. Unlimited lessons for about $100 is unparalleled for the quality and community you're joining.
