The instructor was very knowledgeable and attentive to both my partner and I, correcting positioning throughout the class. I started my Pilates journey here with the introductory package. Although I wasn’t able to choose my instructor, I was fortunately paired with an excellent one. Stephanie has been incredibly kind and supportive, offering clear cues and helpful hands-on guidance that made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout each session. The studio itself is cozy and very clean, with separate rooms and walls that provide privacy, so you’re not distracted by others taking lessons at the same time, which makes it much easier to focus. Overall, it’s a welcoming environment, and I highly recommend this place.
I’m in my 70s and feel more energetic after every session. Moving has become easier, and I want to continue to maintain my muscle mass and stay energized each day. I walk 1–2 hours daily and have added Pilates to my routine, it’s been a great complement to my everyday walking.
The studio has high-quality BASI equipment and a calm, welcoming atmosphere, with separate rooms for each piece of equipment. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I always feel supported in every session. Highly recommend!
Had a lovely 1:2 first time pilates experience at Breeze Pilates. The studio was well-equipped and extremely clean with excellent lighting as well. A huge bonus was how close it is to the skytrain which makes the location super accessible. We were warmly welcomed the moment we stepped into the studio and Mina was thorough in explaining how the session would be like to us total beginners. She was very attentive throughout the session and made sure that any moves we were practicing was safe and within our abilities. We feel encouraged to continue with our pilates lessons at Breeze due the wonderful first time experience we had under Mina’s guidance. We can’t wait to be back!
