GoogleKaren and her retreats are amazing and a well worth while experience. Through her guidance I was able to deepen my meditation practice and feel so amazing for it. Being able to practice yoga everyday on the retreat was fabulous. The teacher was able to adapt the class to suit everyone's varying abilities and energy levels, so I felt challenged, safe and oh so relaxed after every class. The yoga nidra and head massages were the perfect way to end each yoga practice!
I had the most amazing meditation session with Claire last week. I havenβt been able to mediate and really βswitch offβ and really wanted to get into practice of clearing out a lot of negative thoughts I had with past trauma with trust and relationships.
