Classes are available for beginners through to intermediate yoga practitioners. We also offer special prenatal and seniors yoga classes and monthly restorative sessions. Classes are 75 minutes long and incorporate asanas (postures), pranayama (conscious breathing) and yoga nidra (a form of relaxation or meditation).
