Join us for an introduction to Ayurveda; the doshas and elements; a short yoga session to balance your doshas, with relaxation; an introduction to Ayurvedic cooking; learn how to blend spices for the six tastes seasoning, and enjoy a light supper and book preview.
This traditional natural healing system from India focuses on diet, lifestyle, yoga, meditation and natural therapies, and like a compass it can give you the direction you need to take in your life.
In Ayurveda, there are three constitution types or ‘doshas’. Finding your unique constitution gives you a way of developing an effective personal plan to bring you an abundance of health and vitality.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or rug, cushion, and water bottle.
