Join us at the beautiful Govinda Valley this July for a weekend retreat designed to help rejuvenate, learn and surround yourself in yoga, meditation and much much more...
This retreat can help you in many areas of your life. You will benefit physically, with greater strength, flexibility and stamina; mentally with increased clarity and calmness; and emotionally with a greater sense of peace, joy and acceptance.
Throughout this day retreat you will have the opportunity to attend:
- Daily Meditation
- Variety of Yoga including, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Chakra Balancing Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga
- Yoga Nidra
- Foot Baths
- Energetic Work
The retreat is designed with the intention that you will gain:

The accommodation is made up of shared rooms of 4, with options for pairs to pay extra to share a double room as well as options for individuals to pay extra to have a double room to themselves.
Twin share ensuite room, $120 surcharge applies (limited availability)
For Single Occupancy with an ensuite, $210 surcharge (limited availability)
Additional
All food is vegetarian and free from of meat, fish, eggs, garlic, onion and mushrooms. Special dietary needs (gluten, dairy, etc.) can be facilitated by prior arrangement.
At an additional cost we will have massage, energy readings, and tarot readings available
