Hi Pauline, I just come across your name as I was browsing the net. I first met you when I was 17 and pregnant in 1993. I joined your classes in Lara along with my nan Dawn Morris and my mum Annie. I am now 38 and have 5 gorgeous girls and a wonderful husband. I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in coolum beach. Anyway I just wanted to say hi and say thank you for being my very first yoga teacher, you've helped me through my life in so many amazing ways. Especially through the birth of my first baby- I remember feeling your presence as you breathed with me, so thank you. Since then I have continued my love for yoga as it has helped me through some really tough times. I start my level 1 yoga teacher training at the end of June - as I filled out my registration, I was asked about my first yoga experience and it reminded me of you. As a young,lost and very scared teenager you helped me through one of the hardest experiences in my life and I don't know if I ever thanked you for it, so a very big thankyou I hope your life is full love, peace and happiness love Mel Cattanach xxxxx
