Jesska discovered yoga for the first time 8 years ago, as a depleted and highly-stressed University student looking for some guidance with both her physical and mental health.
After practicing on-and-off for 6-years throughout her Psychology and Nutritional studies, the trans-formative power of yoga hit her with full force. Once she learned the powerful effects of presence and the intimate relationship and communication that are possible between the mind and the body, she decided to study the teachings of yoga to simply deepen her own understanding of the ancient practice.
She was completely unaware of how this teaching would change the trajectory of her life. Jesska is now dedicated to building a complete holistic approach to mental and physical health.
Her goal is to unite and grow her studies in Psychology, Nutrition, Yoga, Aromatherapy and Reiki to offer a unique and trans-formative service to anyone seeking health and happiness, both mentally and physically.
